You can get spa treatment in town. Here are some of the spa treatments and prices. I got a price range from three hotels in the City that would be very convenient for you. These are The Intercontinental, Sarova Stanley and Hilton Nairobi. Most of the packages are similar.

Aromatherapy Massage uses essential oils derived from plants to achieve therapeutic benefits. Also brilliant for lymphatic drainage. Lymph maintains our body’s fluid balance and removes bacteria.

Deep Tissue Massage (offered at all three hotels)
Deep tissue massages therapy focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains .The movement is slower and the pressure is deeper on areas of tension and pain.

Reflexology is the application of pressure, stretching and movement to the feet and hands to trigger corresponding parts of the body. It is recognized for its efficacy as a healing modality.

NB. A warning though is that a massage is not advised if you have a fever, inflammation, osteoporosis and infections. Also if you have any rashes or wounds or you have just had an operation don’t have a massage. Pregnant women should get advice from their doctor on whether or not to get a massage.
