Zumba is the newest craze in town. The Latin inspired dance fitness class is a great workout that usually lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. There is usually a short warm up then there is dancing. What are some of the benefits of Zumba?

  1. It is good for your cardiovascular system.
  2. It helps with body toning.
  3. It is fun to do especially if you love to dance.
  4. It is a stress reliever.
  5. Since you are dancing your way to fitness you will improve your coordination.
  6. It makes you happy and put you into a good mood. It is proven to release mood altering endorphins (chemicals in your body that when activated make you feel so good.)
  7. Anybody can do it. Whatever age you are you can be do it.
  8. It is a great way to meet new people.
  9. It gives you confidence about your body.
  10. It makes you feel good when you exercise your body.

    I am also a fan of dance workout styles like Zumbam, Cha Cha and Salsa. These dance styles are real fun and at the same time, they help you stay fit and fine not just physically but mentally.

    In these harsh times, we really need an exercise routine that can keep us fit and entertain our mind also. I am looking for a good pair of zumba shoe for practicing and really hoped that you could provide a good recommendation.
