Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (halved, skinless & boneless)
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • ¼ ginger root (grated)
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Oil

Method

Mix the soy sauce, oil, ginger, honey, and garlic in a microwave-friendly bowl. Heat for 1 minute then stir then heat again for 30 seconds. Place the chicken in a shallow dish and pour the mixture on it then leave it to marinate for 15 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to medium-high heat. Drain the marinade and put the chicken in to cook for 10 minutes. Brush it with oil then turn and cook for another 15 minutes. Remove the chicken and drizzle it with the remaining marinade then serve.

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 3 teaspoons of jam
  • 7 tablespoons of sugar

Method

Add peanut butter and butter in a microwave-friendly bowl then heat for 30 seconds until it’s melted. Stir thoroughly, cool then add the egg and mix. Grease a microwave-friendly round dish with butter then place a cling film. Pour the mixture into the dish then sieve flour and cocoa powder. Add sugar and mix gently until a smooth consistency. Method

Put the butter, broccoli, and garlic in a microwave-friendly container. Add a tablespoon of water and sprinkle some salt. Cover with a wet paper towel or cloth and microwave for 2-3 minutes.   • Butter

Method

Wash the sweet potato then pat dry. Pierce all around severally with a fork. Put it in a microwave-friendly plate and cook for 5 minutes turning halfway through.
